Before I head off for an early morning meeting, thought I would share Day 11 challenge. It looks like a good one!
30 Day Plank, Ab and Squat Challenge
Day 11 - 20 second Plank plus 15 second side plank, each side, 40 sit ups, 50 crunches, 65 squats
